Address and Convenience:
It’s in Bryant, and I think that this place is about to get dug into. Lots of parking, at least, which is always good. Just a heads-up, though-it’s not RV-friendly if you are rolling in with a big rig.
Hours:
Well, now, there is a bit of confusion here. One client thought pursuant to what Google said it was open around the clock, but one of the workers set them straight-the real hours are 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week. That is still pretty darn convenient if you will ask me.
Machines and Cleanliness:
Most folks are saying the machines are reliable and well-maintained. The place itself gets high marks for cleanliness too. One customer did mention that a washer left some clothes looking dirtier, but that seems to be an isolated incident.
Staff:
The employees are getting some love here. One customer was particularly impressed with a guy they described as looking like an “undercover Santa Claus.” Said he was friendly, informative, and super helpful.
Prices:
Here’s the breakdown:
- Top-loading washers: $2
- Front-loading washers: $2.50 and up
- Dryers: $1.50 recommended, but you can start it with just a quarter (6 minutes for 25 cents)
They’ve also got a wash & fold service, but the pricing wasn’t visible. You gotta call for that info.
Amenities:
They’ve got clean bathrooms, a vending machine, and a soap station. Just remember, no pets allowed.
Overall, it seems like Aqua Wash Coin Laundry is hitting most boxes with regard to fulfilling what customers would expect. The venue is clean, convenient, and moderately priced; the staff are friendly, which does help minimize the dreariness of laundry day. The only complaint was with one of the washers, but overall, folks seem pretty satisfied. If you’re in Bryant and need to do a load of laundry, it seems like a viable option.
